Acrylic Overflow

I'm intending to make an acrylic overflow. Anyone has a recommendation of which shop to go to?

i duno if it worth it to DIY a acrylic overflow box urself bro..

for the amount of acrylic u have to buy

and the glue/silicon used..

i got my 2nd hand i-box for $40 (the oversized type)

cheap and good..

but if u realli wanna try..

u can try those industry factory area..

where they make acrylic signboards or stuffs..

if u are lucky, they might juz throw small pieces away..

2" 3" 5" .. they realli not interested in keeping sometimes..

then all u have to do is buy the silicon or glue to stick them up

Acrylic doesnt bond well using silicon. And gluing acrylic isnt easy either to make it leak proof. Better ask around and search for a 2nd hand.

If the tank is empty and not too big why not consider making an internal or external overflow.
