just notice since i place my first sps in direct flow of my return pump from sump the side facing the pipe is not extended as much as the opposite side. should i redirect the pump abit? its bout 20 cm from the piping.

Although the pix are really blurry... can still see the wonderful polyps extension... perhaps relocating it will solve your concern :)
