I take it that from 1st picture the pump will pump water thru' back of wall to the blue container, where skimmer, etc is then return thru' the wall again into the tank. A very interesting idea. what's you idea of livestock? I guess from the thickness of tank it is about 6" therefore cannot get big fishes, more like firefishes, clowns, gobies etc.

ya2.. but the thickness/width is only 5".. the 'blue container' is pond's sump actually, i chose bcos it's narrower (10" width) so i can fit it to the rack.. already put a cocoa clown and a mandarin fish (thought it was from a gobies family but it's not.. )

7 days cycling water oledi become very greenish..

actual view much more greenish than shown in the pics..

is that bcos i put too many fish?.. inside hav 1 cocoa clown, 1 stripe damsel, 1 spot damsel, & 1 mandarin

How long did you cycle your tank?

Your tank doesn't look ready for fishes yet. What about LR? Get more LR and let the tank cycle for at least 1 month without fishes.

Also, your mandarin fish will not survive because it feeds on pods which are found in LR, which your tank serious lacks.

What skimmer are you using? Looks like a weipro?

7 days of cycling ur mandarin fish is going to die soon... quickly feed it with live pods or some other famous products sold in this forum

i tink rite.you shud buy bio bact.. den add it to the tank continuosly for 7 days...den do some checkin n stuff..Not forgetting buy atleast 10kg of live rock...

wrong start,hard for u to consume, but it's reality. Sell ur mandarin away asap.
