Epoxy

Argh..had such a bad experience today

Don't ever use Alteco! It sucks like crap. I bought it cause it was the only brand the store carried....

Totally wasted my $4.50 and ended up with a load of problems

1) My fingers became sore after pushing the stuff out from the tubes

2) The epoxy totally stinks and they prefer to stick to you underwater than to liverock.

I used the whole 2 tubes of resin and hardener and the resulting mixture even after 20 mins felt like plasticine. If you ask me plasticine and blue tack is much stronger than this crappy product. Ended up giving more stress to my sun coral and to myself...

nincompoop product! <_<

Always something more important than fish.

Ok..tried the brand wessbond...much stronger than alteco..and it can set underwater.... ;) But then it is still unable to stick my sun coral to the rock...i tink my sun coral fragment too heavy...I kneaded 9/10 of the tube and still can't stick it to the rock..so in the end i used the epoxy to build a flat base for the sun coral..at least it can stand relatively stable now....
