SRC Member LaW Posted June 24, 2010 SRC Member Share Posted June 24, 2010 never underestimate T5s. they can do wonders to SPS colors. Once fantastic src Danano is one example, and theres more in zeovit and reefkeeping TOTM. Quote If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. Hahaha bro, not time lag la. Young people like us like retro stuff, it is the in thing now /Joking Bro VC, the success of SPS cannot be determined just by just what kind of lights you use. Other essential water parameters like Ca and KH should be maintained too. I have read about the rule of thumb of 3 or 4 watts per gallon of water, but I think it is just a loose guideline. How shallow the depth of your tank is, and the colour temperature and PAR value of your light set plays an important part too. Edited June 24, 2010 by binosage Grammar Quote My 1.5ft nano cube My 24G nano tank (Decommed) I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate.
