Selling this uncommon dottyback, suited for a tank with fairly bigger fishes and bigger tank as this dottyback is quite aggressive and territorial. It is capable of disturbing peaceful chromis same size as it is, maybe it would be more peaceful in a tank with rocks as it is acting aggressive to the chromis in a bare bettabox.. Bought from CF at $12 including GST.. A photo from the net but looks exactly the same..

I believe it should be the same as what they did for transporting large arowana.. The dosage must be accurate so as not to put the fish to sleep eternally.. Haha..

Could be possible since both species are found in Aussie..

One thing i never really took note, the fremblii actually have a stripe on the dorsal spine.. Actually some marginalis actually show the orange extension, not so commonly seen..

I see the shadow fin soldierfish, Even bigger than Mine... What is that fat and huge fish in the blue tub..

Was shock when I saw the price of the africanum this morning... Mitratum and pallidum looks to similar when stress.. Have never seen such a nice mitratum before..

Other than the origin, the blue patch on the fish is a difference which is obvious in the shepardi from guam but not all exhibit the blue patch.. But buying one with the blue patch will at least guarantee that it is different from the hybrid from Philippines as the hybrid do not have the blue patch. Other than a DNA test, there is no way to tell whether it is a true/false shepardi...

As of last week when i went, none was left at the shop.. The kingi was sold a day before I went.. So i only get to see the narcosis and the bodianus sp and some other rare fishes...

Both are super fierce and aggressive..

The EU supplier price is far too high for the weird fishes.. unless we are able to pool reefers to create a shipment it is unlikely we will get a shipment anytime soon.

This hybrid is found to be easier and more bold than its parents, according to the report about the one that is sold in 2008.. Really worth for rare fish collector to have this fish if money is not a problem.. lol..
