Roidan, Thx for the info. I believe I will to have 2 units. 1 on each side. My concern will be too strong. I am thinking of TS7 and I want it to be able to adjust by the controller. Example 30% on the return pump side and 70% on the other side. I am using a Iwaki MD 40. This royal external pump have been with me for 10 years. My current main tank does not have a sand bed. Will put in sandbed once I have the money to invest on the Tunze stream. My am now using 4 powerhead. (2 units Rio 2500 and 2 Rio unit 2100). All facing each other and all locate at the base of the tank. Any suggestion ? thx

Roidan, Hope you can share some information. Did you use 1 unit tunze stream or 2 units tunze stream for your current 6 ft tank ? What is the model of the tunze stream and multi controller ? What is the adjustment, pressure or flow apply on each individual ? I am having a 5 ft tank. Been dreaming of owning tunze stream for some time. thanks

Tetra test kit users, I am using the same test kit I am lucky. My tank reading is between 12.5 mg to 25 mg with tetra No3 test kit. The colour is light orange. Just brought a new NO3 Salifert test kit from Edmund as I am still not able to get it to below 12.5 mg. The best will be yellow in color. The new Salifert test kit have a instruction sheet but not in English. Still waiting for Edmund to scan and email to me the instruction. I will do a comparison with Tetra then.

I dare to put 5 gamma in a tank because I did it before many, many years agoand that time gamma was at $18 only. YI would not put 5 black cap @ $80 each and that is no way man. Have not try it before and the price is not cheap. Just like my True crown I have 3 in my tanks.

My 5 royal gamma in my 5 foot tank is not fighting for the time being but being chase by the 6 line wrasse instead.

I did have this once long ago. I only manage to keep for a month or so I try to adjust the chiller to the best of 24 deg. as I know it need very cold water Cannot go more then this as the glass tank starts to have a layer of water vapour. Temperature inside tank and temperature outside the tank envioroment cause this. Singapore weather I guess it might work if the room also aircon with 21 deg 24, hrs
