  1. looking to buy a hardworking lawnmower blenny. PM or contact me at 96232880.
  2. check with Iwarna. just came in a shipment of very nice RBTAs. please ask aunty for it as it is not kept in display tanks. henry @ ML also have some.
  3. thanks bros.. yes.. the black ice fuel chosen for me is really nice. matches my 1st pc very well.. after 1 night together, i noticed that the 1st black ice seem to be dominating the RBTA.. maybe just trying to show whose boss. sure hope they can get along. now i dont know if i will end up with 2 RBTAs in my tank...
  4. got myself another pc of black ice from Fuel on saturday. now to get the new black ice to be anemone frenly too.. will get the old timer black ice help.. hee.. never seen an anemone before 15 mins later.. TADAAA!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:
  5. finally released my 2nd pair of clownfish (snowflake and black ice) after more than a month after i released the picasso pair. sadly, the snowflake seems to have an eternal hatred against picassos. it was getting along great with the black ice in the betta box but once released into the main tank, it turned against the picasso and dominated their RBTA home. didnt want to share and also ignored the 2nd RBTA it hosted in the betta tank for over a month. sigh.. no choice but had to remove the snowflake leaving the black ice. amazingly the black ice is more willing to share and now all 3 are hosting the RBTA together.
  6. i'm in the market for a new camera to take decent pictures of my corals, sps and FTS. can anyone recommend a good DSLR camera with macro lens to use based on my requirement below? 1) i'm new in photography so operation of camera as simple as possible. 2) as compact as possible... so i can bring with me even on holidays one of the model i keep coming back to is the Olympus E-P1
  7. its worth the pain lah.. i've been looking for this fish for sooo long.
  8. haha... you're funny! tot what fragging station is mobile. just bought a tuxedo urchin from AM few days ago.
  9. Sure no problem. U need time to cure the man made rock hor.
  10. anytime bro.. can organise gathering at my place.
  11. nice zoas garden.. you still need the cement and sand?
  12. many reefers are supplementing T5 with LED / MH. hope with this configuration, can turn my purple valida back to its original colour. Pictures taken with iphone4 camera. Radion only Radion + ATI
  13. now all corals have light.. easier to scape also cos less areas have over cast shadows. i use the ATI as a supplement.. so its only used for about 6 ~ 8 hours per day while the radions will perform the usual sunrise & sunset. the tank now very bright and the colours seem to 'pop' out.... will take a pic tonight and post.
  14. some pictures on how radion and ATI is installed. Front view side view other side top view a customized pc of acrylic sheet to fit the 3 radions together. this way, each radion height, height and distance is uniform. no need to adjust string by string. so troublesome and time consuming.
  15. glad you like it bro... now got alot more space for zoas to grow. when mature will be a 'flower pot'.
  16. just added a set of 4 tubes T5 ATI sunpower to my existing 3xradion. feels that i'm not able to hold on to dark purple colours.. sps like purple valida lightens to a pastel colour. but red holds on very well instead. to test out the radion efficiency, i put some sps that was turning brown or stn. the colours actually revived and radion brought back the colours. only time will tell...
  17. i thought i saw claws.. and yes.. its creepy. theres some yellow 'fat' around the belly. i seem to get these creatures where nobody can identify. sigh.
  18. didnt know that.. maybe use that next time.. less messy.
  19. i seem to have lots of unidentified creatures which i take great pains to extract. this is another one which i extracted from one of my aussie coral. when i bought this, it already had this hole. but its healthy and the tentacles are fully extended so i didnt think much. until one day i saw a sooooo slight movement in that hole and realized something was actually hosting in it. can the seniors help to identify what this is? its smaller than a finernail but FAT! Top view side / bottom view
