After much of a mixed mind i have, from giving up and coming back. Finally i decided to give it another try due to the un-perfection from my previous tank. Here is the customised 1ft cube tank with 0.5ft IOS made by gerald.

ya i understand, it's just that their feeding habit. they dun grab hold onto the food, making things difficult. how do i make sure they are in feeding mode?i can see their mouth, but they nv bring food into their mouths.

Was feeding my prata just now, and, the market prawn was being 'captured' by the tenacles. But it just keep passing ard the market prawn instead of bringing it to the mouth. And after that it just release the prawn away. When i try to put it into it's mouth, cant really have it 'bite' onto it. The prawn will just float away cos there's current. hope u bros can teach how to feed LPS with mouth at the centre.

just buy a few more kgs worth of liverocks, place it at the right side of the tank, make it like a pyramid, but height lower than those of ur left, should look good.

i kept mine for 6mths b4 selling it off. I do agree that once it started to eat, it will be much easier to keep. when i started out, my water parameters is not tat gd, but my cleaner wrasse's not dead. i also dun quite understand why they are sensitive and dun do well in captivity. But for one thing they are definately more hard working than the lazy bum cleaner shrimp. They still do their job even though they feed. unlike the latter. My experience.

try adjusting ur skimmer's pump nearer to the water surface. Macro needlewheel skimmer i think, all works this way. U must see thick white bubbles in ur skimmer, and not 'fine' watery ones.

i also had this problem when i use my macro needlewheel. at first it was forming bubbles, when i run my FR, which uses a PH too, the macro skimmer stops forming. juz tat the neck of the collection cup keep having orange mud, and the collection cup was empty.

yup, just get a linksys router, quite user friendly, u can prevent ppl from using ur network by MAC filtering. As to allow which computer is authorised to use ur network. And of course u need to set the WEP(Wired Equivalent Privacy ). so jc's 128 bit suggestion is more than enough.
