Hi to all, need some advise to help solve my problem. Before my last change of resin for my DI unit, water reading from outlet can go to as low as 0 ppm. But now, even i changed 2 supply source for my DI resin, my water reading for outlet is always same as incoming. it is like no filter at all. Anyone encounter this problem with crystal pro 3 stage unit before? Asume the resin have no issue, what can cause this problem?

u can try to cut the base of the main big poly, remember not to cut the orange part. for smaller one, just let it grow.
