Hi, Since your tank is a 4 sided view tank, you may want to consider doing a big overflow box at the centre of the tank. It will be more eye-soothing as this overflow can be covered by LR.

Most tank maker will only do the assembly of tank at your place if the tank is over-sized and cannot used HDB lift. To assembly at one's place, piece by piece, will cost more as the whole process could take a week. Thus, we will factor this extra labour in as extra cost. In the end, the tank cost more.... Just my view.

Hi, Do remember to check the max loading of your power point too. For JBJ or Daeil 1hp chiller, the rating is about 2046W. With additional of your 1000W lights and pumps, a normal 10A power point cannot tahan. Just a gentle reminder....

Just an update, After the feedbacks from WL and Alanseah, I've modified my piping by adding union, ball values and some elbows to the 4 returns. These modification help to distribute the flow more evenly to all the 4 returns Now, my tank is very silent and RD can finally turn to its max. * Another confirmation that the sound can be omitted with proper piping design. Thanks to WL/Alanseah who prompted me to re-do my piping.
