  1. Tricolor Bird's nest from nice reefer Think my elegance has grown a bit Firefish from Maldives... its actually the biggest fish in the tank. Got this 3 weeks ago... and I thought it wasn't going to make it.... went into hiding for one week. But now its out and about and feeding well.
  2. Lighting looks good. And nice orchid dottyback btw
  3. Thanks.... waiting for your update for yr nice tank Got it from Marine Life at Clementi.... Still had quite a few the other day. Small specimens but the one i got so far has been able to tahan my grammas, my wrasse and my clown... Settled in quite nicely and eating pellets
  4. What a lovely tank! And yes, I love the red gonio....
  5. Royal grammas are nice. So are gobies... clown, or some of the shrimp gobies like the yasha or yellow watchman. Blennies are quite fun to watch, can consider the bicolor or tailspot. Very nice tank you have.... you seem to have a very large zoa collection
  6. Thanks for the info bro... can't wait to see the pics of it above your tank
  7. Just a little update on my tank... my pictus blenny and my yasha goby have both gone missing. Can't find the bodies inside or outside the tank. Today I saw a worm stick its head out during feeding time. It had a lot of antennae so I'm guessing its a Bobbit worm. Lucky the live rock could be taken out quite easily and I'm now soaking it in freshwater. I don't see any worm in the pail yet. I hope its still not inside my tank. On a more cheerful note, this is the tailspot blenny that I just bought yesterday to replace the MIAs. It seems to have made a hammer coral its home. I never knew blennies could host on live coral.
  8. is this the same one? http://www.fish-street.com/aquadg_dc_mini_chiller Was just looking at it the other day and wondering how well it works... is it quiet? Would be nice to set up a cute nano like yours
  9. Got some nice flasher pics today
  10. I'm guessing that my new clam is dead My rockwork collapsed when I was trying to fix on some new frags. Think I stirred up too much crap in the process of repairing it. Everything closed up and so I did a 30% water change. Most inhabitants survived except this guy and a torch coral. Both being recent additions.
  11. ok pm-ed Its ok lah.... but thank you!
  12. Another shot of the pictus blenny... small fish with lots of character
  13. Beautiful tank... very well done. Wish my kids would pick up reefing when they are older...
  14. And my recent addition... goniopora
  15. My tank is now 3 month old... here's a full tank shot
  16. Just a question for you fellow biosphere users, when do you need to change it? I've been using it for the last 3 months. I place it in the filter bag that it comes with in the back compartment of my 96l AIO tank. Nitrate level consistently ard 2 and my phosphates are 0-0.03. The amount of biosphere seems to have reduced by half.... Do I wait for it to be completely gone? Or do I top up with a few pieces?
  17. My pleasure... my tank is doing fine... not as nice as yours though...lol
  18. Oh dear, sorry to hear that. What's yr salinity now? Other parameters ok?
