  1. After my failed attempt at keeping a goniopora alive when I first started, I recently decided to get an alveopora to try. I heard its easier to keep... we shall see...
  2. About 7-8 months... will sometimes stop for no reason and the power has gone down... maybe I should have vinegar soaked it.
  3. Thanks bro... beautiful tank like yours sure got lots of nice pics to take... lol... thanks for the invite!
  4. What else are you running in the back compartments?
  5. Hi bro... welcome to the nano reef club... Nice scape you have there. Lots of potential. Sometimes, just looking is not enough, some of these buggers are very good at hiding. I soaked my liverock from the lfs in distilled water for couple of days and a bunch of worms fell out.
  6. The guy is a pig... it will eat anything... pellets, live food... Will even munch on hair algae. Never seen it nip at any corals. Its a fish with lots of character... worth looking at
  7. Yasha goby... getting more bold, as opposed to hiding in its hole the whole day I thought I lost this naoko wrasse after it disappeared one day. It reappeared 2 months later to my surprise... looking a bit skinnier but otherwise ok My ever cheerful coral beauty... it went through a coral nipping phase but now thankfully it has stopped...
  8. wow thanks bro.. very flattered.. I'm sure there are better ones out there...lol yes, thats a tailspot blenny
  9. If it really is a mantis shrimp you should consider removing it, because it might harm your livestock when it gets bigger. Not sure about the holes... yes, a pic might help
  10. Welcome to the club bro! Nice basket star you have there
  11. Thanks bro. Will definitely pass u a piece when I frag it. Just cut a piece off the edge right?

  13. great pictures bro... keep them coming
  14. The flow from the MP 10 is much better... I'm seeing better PE. Here's a little SPS update
  15. I used polyplab medic with no crustacean casualties
  16. Thanks bro... Not a great month for my lps... Lost my golden hammer recently. Everything else especially the sps are doing fine. Decided to upgrade my wavemaker to a vortech mp10 because my current jebao is starting to get a bit cranky. Will install tomorrow and post updates. Here's a pic of my 1 month old blastomussa...
  17. I agree with andtsg, if you're going to spend on an ecotech radion and chiller, you might as well get a bigger tank unless space is a constraint.
