for me, i like to scape LR so as to prevent 'dead spots' allowing for good water circulation will also prevent detritus from building up. having a cave feature might cause water in the cave to be blocked, unless there is allowance for water to flow behind the scaping.

no.7 looks like aiptasia, you might wanna take more carein removing them. they spread like crazy 1.3 &4 are various types of caulerpa, they're ok. no.2 looks like polyps the other pics are tunicates

totally agree, used to have at least some shade of blue, even after water changes i thought the kit was faulty then ran rowa in a DIY FR. happy lke bird when no colour. now any time there is a bluish tint, change ROWA

sera has been notorious for giving alse info best check your water parameters using another test kit.. your Calcium levels might really be high though...then i'd say your Magnesium levels would be also high, else there would be a snow storm in your tank. check your KH, i'll bet its low and thats not so good news for your tank mates. there is probably an ionic imbalance inyour tank. do many regular small water changes to get your water back to normal

All tangs are ich magnets esp the Powder tangs... i would take a look at your water parameters and tank conditions though. 6 tangs? how big is your tank? i'd say you need at least a 5ft or 500L tank also take into account the space needed for them, do you have enough rocks and hiding/resting places? tangs of the same genus are also not compatible, it depends on which was introduced first and established its territory. also different tangs have different aggresive levels, a regal tang or ocean surgeon are relatively milder... a sohal or AT would be considered very agressive so a late addition is not so bad. If a sohal was the first tang introduced.... it might just hit out at all later additions. tangs also poo a lot, so your NNR and nutrient export would have to be above average to accomadate a large number of tangs

you do seem to have a lot of territorial fishes... clownfish and damsels are known to protect 'their' part of the tank, especially if they were introduced first. torn fins due to territorial skirmishes are common, you should see what tangs can do to each other if not them, its your coral beauty angel.
