i got 2 tank, 2f n 3f, no chiller. but evryday mus top up 2 bucket water, 1 day, 1 nite.

setup by lfs? expensive? did dey give u any feedback on your tank afte setup?

hav space on top of tank? if separate ls into few floating buckets in old tank 4 few days b4 transferring 2 new tank, but stil inside same bucket afte transfer. may b wait like 1 week den can release out from bucket. so ls not so stressed inside de new tank.

and problem cleaning the wall, like after 1-2 yrs, wil b vr dirty, imo.

I recently had problems wit kh tester bought 1 month ago, not 2 mention the brand here - it gives me reading a high of 13, but double tested in a lfs which reads 8 only... suggest u test a water sample in ur nearby lfs.(maybe can pay the lfs guy sum $$ 4 the test?)

start wit FOWLR is somewhat more value 4 $$, imo.

i read in some forums saying hairy crab isn't reef-safe. i dun mean 2 prove anytin, but jus to share... pls correct me if i'm wrong.

i got 1 coming out from ls oso. decided 2 kep it though. but beware as not all habitants came with lr is safe.

oso dependent of type of corals lo... start wit beginner coral(those not die so easily). happy reefin!

can anybody wit some experience in keeping cleaner shrimp share their effectiveness with providing controls over ick in tanks? if i have ich problems, all ls removed, introduced cleaner shrimp and wait 4 2 weeks, is it safe 2 put in ls again? does it really clean fishes other than tangs?

my corals luv calcium carbonate drip! i can notice coralline algae starts growin n tremendous coral growth wit it.

my fan is 4 2' or mostly 3' tanks onli.. vr few corals. if u vr serious bout the best u can do 4 ur tank, get a chiller lo.
