jquek
A video update of my rather colorless reef tank: Currently, mostly dominated by softies and some LPS. Lost several SPS a few months back while I was away and nutrients and parameters seem to go a bit haywire. Current SPS corals still not looking too good. Also started Polyp-lab reef resh after hearing good reviews about it, and still monitoring the condition of the tank. jquek
Downloaded a new camera app on iPhone and decided to test it on some shots of the tank.

Forest fire digi frag from bro Kaijuworld

Mostly frags...

Some zoas...

Zoa frags ...

FTS (without fish)...

Anyways, this app is called cortex cam and it takes dozens of shots in a couple of secs to obtain a virtually noiseless, crisp photo. Pretty impressive! Though things that move too much like fishes will end up just some faint blur streaks. Good for taking photos of coral close up using iPhone in my opinion.
