I was sourcing for leds for my sump fuge area and got this set of lights from DELIGHTINGS. Its consist of 1w X 9 led bulbs and has a mix of blue and white. 6 white and 3 blue= 9w. The lightset built was light and looks equally pleasing to me. Somehow it does gives a nice effect on my sump area. Just a short review for those interested.

1) The box set. Showing the lightset and some specifications on the box. I guess the one I am using are meant for nano tank set up. It seems to beat some other competitor lighting in terms of price and outlooks if you are looking for a reasonable price light to start off.

2) Unboxing the unit.it comes with bubble wrapping and compacted packaging.

3) The hardwares. Consist of the lightset, the plastic mounting screw piece with the flexi angle attachment, and the power adaptor. Very compact power adaptor.

4) The power adaptor.. and the the adaptor head. its plug and play.

5) The mounting part with the plastic screw. The screw is pretty sturdy and its no those thin and breakable kind. Although the gap seems enough for my sump but may need to take note , it may take a max of perhaps 10mm only size glass, measured it with a ruler. 8mm below would be safe bet.

6) The led module. In bubble wrap and after unwrapping. Consist of 9 X 1w led with lens. I was told it's a 40deg lens.

7) The overview of the light module. The strips design above the housing could be meant for dissipating the heat.

8) The switch. Comes with dual mode switch. One to activate the blue led and flick the other to activate the other white leds.

9) Fits in your palm..literally.

10) Length of cable from the mounting area when stretch out is around 134cm. Do consider slacks along the line when plugging onto the socket, so it may end up shorter.

Pros:

- Price

-Nice slim and light design

-Does not take up much space

- Not concentrated focus and good spread for small sump or nano tank

- Low watt and 12v

- Nice actinic range and 10000k white

Cons:

- The flexible bar kind off short

- Adaptor power cable could be longer

- Non reflective surface reflector

- No stand. But guess not important as its meant for nano tank anyway

- The adaptor two pin plug has an awkward orientation but its compact. Should have like BM type which can orientate.

- Not meant for those looking for slightly higher wattage like par38 -15w

- How effective this led can be? Not too sure. only time will tell..

Verdict:

- I like it . suits what i need and doesnt cost me a hole in my wallet.
