Hi reefers,

Every morning when the T5s are on and wave makers off, I see schools of baby jelly fishes swimming at the water surface...

What is(are) the reason(s) for this???

Here is a footage of this morning...and I just cleared a netful of them the previous morning...

Like to know how they can grow in your tank?

Bro, I am trying to answer this question too.

This is the 'billion' dollar question....

Possible reasons from my food sources:

1) from the frozen hikara mysis

2) Henry gourmet food

3) dry pellets from jireh

4) fauna Marin ric and zoa fine food

5) fauna Marin fine food for gonor?????

I dun think so leh...

A nice bro collected a bag of the jellies this morning...i think he is doing a research on them...

Anyways, so little time and so much research work to do on this 'alien'.

The closest I got to was this:

This looked the closest to the aliens I have.

Anyways, the jelly fish class(es) were simply too much and I have to respect the great marine biologists whom have spent years of research on them.

More research...
