You can just take a chisel or flat tip screw driver to break off the rock outside the tank.

Its not all that bad lah. Just some irritation if salt water + Zoa 'fluids' are exposed to open wound, lips or eyes.

It's a good practice to wear gloves and glasses when handling zoas. I also never wear gloves lah haha but I do wear glasses to protect from zoas squirt. Be safe than be sorry right?
