Personally for myself, I would go for frags rather than colonies as I can feel the satisfaction of watching them grow in my tank.. Those that have grown.... Personally I feed my corals twice a week with zooplankton and phytoplankton.. Namedy Aquapharm 5 in 1 coral food and MarineSnow, as well as weekly frozen foods such as rotifiers and cyclop-eeze. I mixed in Fauna Marin Ultra Ricordea/zoanthus food to my fish food to let it flow throughout the tank. Fish food mix include New Era aegis pellets, New Era algae pellets and APBreed Otohime TDO, as well as weekly frozen foods such as mysis and brine shrimps..
