White Parasites And Fishes Dying.......

Help Guys! I need your advise on this. Recently, my marine tank's got many tiny whitish bugs (at least about 100 of them) running up and down the insides of the glass panels of my tank. What are they and how can I kill them? When I switched on my fluorence light, they just disappeared. But when I switched the lights off, they came back.

Also, my six line wrasse died suddenly in the eveing when I came back from work even though he's alright in the morning. I got the wrasse for only a week. My 4 clown fishes are doing fine and they are the oldest survivors. My other fishes, a golden travelly and a royal gamma also died after a week of introduction into the tank. My tank's up and running for 2 months already. Please advise!

the whitish bugs are copepods. dun worry about them. they aint causing your fish death.

The six line pyjama wrasse is very hardy and disease resistant. If it cant survive, something is quite wrong with your water chemistry.

I suggest your provide your water parameters so that pple here can be more diagnostic. Temp, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH etc...

Suggest you test your water.

Funny that your clowns are still alive. Did you buy your other fishes from the same lfs?
