Use GLue to stop STN

I've never used the method you describe... but what has worked for me at times is as follows...

Getting my water parameters right coupled with good flow/circulation can sometimes stem STN.

I use my hand to create additional turbulance if necessary, several times a day. :D

If all else fails, I frag the piece.

i rather frag the piece than use glue for STN. cos using glue, even if it stops, the STN part will always be visible. unless u got a huge colony and fragging is out of the option. and u may miss one small area!

so far, from experience, glue give a higher survival rate for frags as compared to epoxy. dunno how true but im a convert from selley epoxy to loctite super glue gel.
