well, it was out there for about a yr now. It wasn't popular coz u 'lost' the feeling of typing on the keyboard. Trying hitting your fingers on the table instead of keypads... no compression force... making it feeling really weird....

Its cool but probably not practical at this pt.

Wait longer, they will release similar design for mini projection system to replace LCD monitor.... next time dun have to restrict to size anymore.

I guess it's a matter of getting used to?

years ago when the first notebook was released, people also said the same thing. feels funny lugging a thing around. feels funny having a small screen that doesn't display the size of text properly. and look at how popular it is now.

a few years back Apple was laughed at for releasing something called the Newton. look at what the Newton spawned. (=

so yah. it only takes people to embrace the technology, before it becomes famous.

PS. the new motorola v3 phone doesn't have a physically popped out keypad. it feels weird, but I swear you'll feel shiok using it. :P
