Need help on Xmas Trees

bought a Xmas Tree but somehow it does not open up as nicely as it was in the LFS. Did some readings but not much was mentioned.

any suggestions? thanks

Relax. How long since you bought it? I suggest that you monitor it for a while. Mine open fully after two days. You got to give them some time to adjust . Good luck bro.

Feed enough phytoplankton and you should see them opening.

Christmas tree is like sps also. Need those same water conditions as sps for good porites growth. Somehow, the porites will give food/nourishment to the christmas tree worms.

what i heard is that... it is not so much on keep the xmas tree worms alive....

its more of keeping the porities alive....

maybe u like to think about that....

porities are SPS.... good lights and 0 NO3??
