Need help on Atman MH Timer setting

Can anyone advice me on how to set the timer for my Atman MH?

I think you might be referring to this built in Atman MH timer?

Okay here goes..

Tabs pushed down : Lights on according to time preferred

Tabs pulled up : Lights off according to time preffered

When the switch is set to the center with a clock logo like shown in the picture, it means the light is on timer mode.
