I dun think there is a Singapore service agent, therefore, if there is a defective part, need to send it back to China, I think. I'll check with them and let you know.

I really wouldn't know what constitutes a good ORP controller, except that it is long lasting. (only time will tell)

Typically glass probes are better than the plastic ones, but I guess I wouldn't expect to get one for a unit in the $1xx range.
