check your water parameters ... have you cycle the tank ???

for ur info my tank is just 2 month old..n just two week ago added fish in it...it is fully setup by a fish company

bro...is always best to lists put ur water parameters here...testing the salinity alone is definetly not enuff....get a few important test kits to test what is your water parameters so that we can help me in much more detail..my 2 cents.

hmmm... i think you need to buy some test kit off the shelves..

do check for nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia.. level..not forgeting your Ph level too. for starting.. hmm think in later stages you will need test kit for ca, Kh or even mg

do, do a quick search in SRC forum for the water chem. in salt water to maintian a proper tank..

as for med for the fish.. maybe it will be better to treat the water first then see if med is needed

If I were you i'd get them to take a look at it and find out what's going on as most lfs that do setting up of whole tanks should have some kind of follow-up service.
