For those staying in Sengkang and Hougang area: Buangkok MRT may open in Jan 2006 - source = Newspaper. That explain why bus 43 pass by there.

Do whatever they wants! The only reason its 2006 is because election is coming.

We have a garment that is only concern of the bottom lines and have forgotten our needs.

I still can remember this quote when they introduce smaller flats, "HDB will no longer build flat the same size as the last time. If Sinagporean wanted bigger flats, they can buy from the resale market."

And when no ones take up the smaller flats, they give discounts and have promotions. Wonder where they get the $$$ to do promotion and give huge discounts if they have always sold flates to us and a very attractive price. <_<

Seems like a commercial entity rather than a civil service.

My Wife's uncle flat is 100k more expensive than his neighbor. Wonder why?????

Does it mean they made more than 100k per flat? If not where to get that kind of $$$$ to give such HUGE discounts??????

there are 2 groups of pple who can't be trusted:

Lawyers

Politicians

we are buy flats which are artificially inflated so that "they" can make obscene profits and everyone unknowingly become their slaves. Guess who set the selling price of new flats? Do u think the pricing is really the result of supply and demand? Some pple told me the cost of a flat is only $40-50k to build....
