My Clown And Anemone

Hi ppl...may i know how long would it take for my bubble tip anemone to start hosting my tomato clown???...i bought them together yesterday but i have yet to seen that fish swim near the anemone....

Dun have...anyway...what is normally the price range like for bubble tip anemone ah??..i bought mine for 8 at a freshwater-marine store..wonder whether will i get it at a cheaper price at other lfs such as reborn

To speed up the process, you might like to release the clown right by the anemone. Although the anemone is not fully attached, the clown will just stay there, till they live happily ever after...

In the first place...it is not necessary that a clown will host an anemone. it is nothing unusual.

let nature take its cause.. sometimes clowns won't even host the anemone.. my pink skunk is hosting a tube worm..

they dun do good in captivity

reefers here high percentage on last poll that their anemone die within 3-6 months..

and they sting corals..

so find them surrogate host..

remember one of the reefer here have anemone hosting and elephant ear mushroom

yup... my 1st clown stay away from my anemone whn i introdued the anemone into the tank 1 mth ago.. after 1 mth i bought another clown .. release it and it head straight into the anemone..been with it for 2 weeks now.. very hardworking and good to the anemone..it will always feed the anemone without fail daily..
