SRC Member jc85 Posted November 27, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted November 27, 2007 Energy consumption is one of the aspect to Environment Sustainability. Helping to conserve the ocean and its life form imo is an important aspect for all reefers. jervismun
install solar panels on top of your shop house. might be useful. Actually that's a very interesting idea... as long as the panels can power my chiller... SRC Member zipp86 Posted December 6, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted December 6, 2007 hi bro jervis, u might want to look at John H. Tullock's "Natural Reef Aquariums" book which according to a review looks at the theory of less technology, more biology. It provides step-by-step formulas for creating miniature reef aquaria that are simpler, cheaper, healthier, and truer to nature's own system. This book is an excellent choice for beginners and highly recommended for any reefkeeper to have in their reference library. If you can create smth that is all natural and cheaper.. hohoho... SRC Member LaW Posted December 6, 2007 SRC Member Share Posted December 6, 2007 Thanks bro Zipp Found the book HERE Will try to keep a lookout for it locally first Never stop learning... i borrowed that book off the shelf in a library. not bad a book, it contains useful informations. recommended by me as well. Quote If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless. Genesis 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
