701 above is it too tall as i have limited space for my skimmer i can only have certain height allowance for my skimmer . if it's 701 will it be too high ? anyone has the measurement for 701 ?

Me using one for the same tank dimension as yours. Dark colour smelly skimmate every week needed to be cleared. Limited lps and softies nbr but a lot of small fishes and not a single tang. If you need a small but powerful skimmer, the Mini BubbleKing or the new conical skimmer from ATB might meet your requirement. Both do not need a feed pump so you use less pump in your setup. The ATB Small model uses Eheim pump so a replacement might not be as expensive if the need arise. Do a search for the 2 brand on RC.

Hi guys thanks for the info however i am running on a SM200 , was told this is the same technology as the deltec 701 or 851 , is it true ? ?? ?

if apf 701 is good enuff than will apf 851 be more than enuff ??

Erm.. 701 and 851 are basically made for the same capacity.. their difference is just the height.. 851 should be the taller model. So it really depends on your sump floor space vs your sump height..

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?
