mine close to yours, 390 to 420, if i do the readings submission it be lower

Try to make it a habit to switch off the main switch of electric appliance.

Meaning try not to leave TV, radio, microwave etc. on standby mode. Understand from discovery channel that they really suck up lots of power too.

I tried to minimize usage of like fridge i set it at the lowest possible... I'll not touch the chiller so i adjusted the fridge...

I think the bulk of the bill is due to the running cost of our hobby. Running a chiller and MH can cost you a lot due to their high power rating. Use the attached excel sheet to calculate how much your hobby is costing you. I believe the rate went up for the field I3 in the excel sheet, you can change it to obtain a more accurate result.

when they estimate the bill is always on the high side, when i actually managed to find time and remember to take the reading and submit online the next mth bill is lower

B4 i install artica chiller-$200++. After artica chiller-$400+++. 6fts tank with only 4 ati lights.

Suspect the bulk of bills are from the chiller. Kick in often. Could be bcos of full height cabinet ###### partition tank-heat trap inside cabinet.

install air con compressor for ur tank and see ur bills drop
