This is a foxface rabbitfish (siganus vulpinus) although a very good grazer of algae it is not surgeon fish as it lack the scapel at the end of its tail.

btw, wats the diff between (lo vulpinus) and (siganus vulpinus)? foxface lo isit got one spot?

The genus lo have been replace with siganus.
