Addin another tube will only contribute to higher electricity bills. More tubes mean better coverage leavin the tank with very little blindspot. One 55W PL tube only mean there are 55W intensity of light penetratin the depth, tats all....even u have up to 3 x 55W PL = 165W doesn't mean u have a point of light source tat provides 165W intensity of light penetratin ur tank. Unlike MH which the bulb itself is 150/250/400/1000W giving u tat intensity.

U dun need to add on ur name into the insurance to be insured. For cars, as long tat vehicle is covered by insurance be it 1st party to 3rd party coverage...any driver with a valid driving licence driving tat vehicle will be covered by tat vehicle insurance. When u renew insurance or change insuring company, u nd to have the log card, previous insurance policy and most impt .....$$$$$. But the above do not apply to motorcycle. And based on ur age, car insurance under ur name will cost a bomb. Too many stickers will only make ur car more target prone.

the present location u mentioned will give u coverage on the top but as for the rest of the light's path will be casted onto ur floor. As wat Riot mentioned, having it at th efront would b better but u will lose out abit of light on the top and back. And the worst part is...pretty unsightly to have somethin potrudin at the top of the tank at the front.
