Thanks weeseng, as I see polyp website, their video appears the booster is being targeted at the coral. Perhaps more efficient? Any need to turn off skimmer? Tofubox, you feed twice weekly is that enough? I feed every other day.

is the microbubbles bad for the system? my 201 also create massive amount of microbubbles compared to other skimmers ive seen.

aquartist chamber has, a plenty. i got a big fat one!

shallow tank most likely will not use deep sand bed. and usually shallow tank goes without hood. fishes like wrasse cannot be kept. tall tank like 2.5ft above? maintainance can be a pain.

mine was weak too, on 10mm. had to use a cable tie on the wire to help support the weight of dry side, otherwise keep slipping.. i suppose the magnet is generally weaker...

how does calcium gets buildup on the wall of the tank? rather than scrapping, are there any methods to reduce or prevent this situation? i didn't want to start another thread on this. my calcium level are 430 thereabout. normal setup includes skimmer, reactor, and nothing else special. me too have such calcium as TS and it's incredible in the sump.
