SRC Member klim Posted September 16, 2012 SRC Member Share Posted September 16, 2012 My refugium tank, now covered by a lot of bubbles and some red slime. My chaeto has grown quite a fair bit. My refrigium also got red slime on the wall. But my cheato don't seems to grow. So worried that I am now switch off the lights to see whether the slime goes away. How about you? Do you have any solution or just leave it there on the wall? Thanks!

I dunno if I'm doing the right thing but I juz added my last remaining dose of ultralife RSR. Still monitoring the progress. If your chaeto is not growing or growing at a slower pace, most likely is the light not strong enough. U can also try switching off your fuge light for a week to try see if there's improvement.
