Regal, FishBase has one of the most comprehensive depository of information on the various species of fishes.

Riot is a big fan of gobies and small fishes, hopefully someone will start posting pictures of their own :)

I've taken a liking for smaller fishes as I find them to be of more character ... this may sound stereotyping but large fishes merely swims at length, eat a lot shit a lot more, and bully smaller fishes :D

Actually i like small fishes too, bigger fish are only nice is its a big tank and you see them swimming happily to and fro the length of the tank.... den again, when i see a friend of mine who has a 5th tank and a sohal tang almost 8-10" long swimming inside, the tank still looks kindda small for the sohal....

Anyone have a Pale Gudgeon a.k.a Spot-tail Dart Goby (Ptereleotris eteropterus)? Mine's really shy... have kept him since 31 Dec 2003 and still its hiding behind the rocks all the time... :( eating whatever food that drops infront of him!

I can see it from time to time... but its such a beautiful fish, I wish it would come out and play! :pinch:

RUMOUR: Yeah! I identified that fish I told you about the last time... with the help of Henry's Fish Atlas

This pic was taken when I fish put him into the tank, before it found its way under the rocks.

Is that a Pearly?

I'm beggining to understand why you love Gobies.

Bought a Hector's Goby (Amblygobius hectori), cute fella from PR. Its a hover goby and is not shy to come out to play. Also eats filamentous algae (Hair Algae etc).

Great addition to a nanno tank since it measure no more than 1.5inch.

Will post a picture of it by this weekend.

isn't that some mudskipper? ...

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?
