Close to one week to my new addition, thank god all the coral looks happy and not bleaching.

Also gotten a frag of radioactive bn which i really like it. Going to shop for more colours as i feel my tank seems to be dominated by only green and pink sps lol. Also i'm still waiting for my chilli pepper monti polyps to turn red as right now i can only see white polyps.

I'm also thinking of rescaping my tank as the current one doesn't seems to have much surface area to totally spread out the sps for growth.

why dont rotate the sump so that the return piping dont have to go thought so many bends resulting in more headloss?

All thanks to your recommendation, i got the tank maker to change as per your suggestion to minimise headloss.

Think u will need more rocks. Btw ur rocks r dead rocks? Cos kinda brown. Is it diatoms?

Yup 100% dead rock all bleached and dried. You are right about diatoms i have quite a few dead spot on my tank thats why i'm getting another conch wm to help better aeration.

I do have more rocks in my sump but just wondering how am i going to scape lol. Thinking of buying more dead rock drill holes and seed with lr before putting inside tank.

Ok, it will take some time to grow coraline algae. In the meantime, make sure ur water para such as ca, kh & mg r stable to induce their growth as well as for ur sps to grow.

My new toy conch 10 basic.

Quite impressed by this small fellow, the wave produced is comparable to my mp10 if not more powerful.

After started stocking up on sps, i noticed i have really limited rock which makes my tank not sps friendly due to the space required.

Hence i have purchased some more dry rock for a major rescaping to make my scape more sps friendly.

Currently the rock are being soak in RODI water while waiting for sun bake before cooking it to get it ready for my DT.

Aside of piling more LR, i have also gotten my cleaning crew (2 Astrea snail, 2 cerith snail and 3 nassarius snail)

Glad that i have gotten these hardworking fellow.

Been quite a while i last updated my tank progress as i'm still waiting to rescape my tank with more rock work but too bad work and school doesn't permits me to do this for the mean time.

But only update i have here is the DIY frag tray and frag plug that i have made.

Here's the sole SPS that is thriving in my tank which i find it very odd as i'm having issue with keeping other SPS except pocci.
