Weird fish?

Is this fish? Got this from my email. Subject weird fish. But it don't really look like fish to me. Ha it look more like some pokemon ceature to me. Anyone seen this before? Or jus a catoon picture?

Looks like a young Newt or Salamander..

Precisely, it look like baby water pokemon.

But from what some of the reefers said, guess there is this ceature around on earth.

Can be found but rarely as it is kinda illegal lor... I kept it once before... cute fellow... It is like 3 years back...

used to have a tank of these guys. lfs call them "hai gou" . fed them bloodworms. $10 each. freshwater. miss my giant 6 feet newt and frog tank i had a few years ago
