I dose half a cap after every week wc. My tank is approx 10gallons.

I dose daily. 1 cap

Mine is ~ 200L including sump. I dose 5ml daily for now since its a new tank & nitrates is high. Currently hovering around 5ppm.

Will reduce dose once it hits ideal levels.

One thing I don't understand in the instructions is "Do not add to pump intake port(s)". What does this mean? And why not?

Does it mean don't add close to the return pump?

Instruction is very wordy. So i assume when u guys say dose is just by pouring into tank. Not premix with 450ml of tank water then pour into tank.

Eh ... Instructions for this didn't say must premix lei.

I usually dose into high flow area so that it gets mixed quickly into the tank

Preferably just before where the bio filters are at. Skimmers should also be off for 4hrs from the time of dosage
