hi all,

i was doing a major tank changing exercise and whilst i am moving my old tank away, discovered the dried remains of my 2 firefish, 1 yellow wrasse and a anthias.

now i know the meaning of jumping fish...

good for u....mine...i rescaped my tank...one cleaner wrasse and a fire goby disappeared forever...not even a single remain could be found...

i'm surprise you don't detect the stink.....once, one of my snails come out and died, the whole living hall smelled like someone's old sock, took some time for me to locate the cause....

as for the smell...none as far as i can remember....maybe my house is quite airy as it is beside the sea (HDB hor)........

I was once looking at my tank when my firefish jumped out of the water, dive bombed right at me and slapped smack into my glasses. Gave me the shock of my life.

Scooped the joker who fell on to my chair and popped him right back in.

Some fish very prone to suicide so you gotta egg crate the area. Sometimes its the tank mates that drive the fella to desperation, so introduce your stock carefully and watch for aggression.

i had the same prob too... my six line jumped to his death too had him for many months n realli like it so much
