royals are very secretive in the wild... hiding in cave or overhanging cave..... But after acclimitized to the tank with no fast moving fish, they hould swim out

Mine cheongs for food whenever I feed the tank and fights with the tangs for food! It has been in the tank for about 9 months now and have grown fat and big. Very hardy!

Hang in there, I am sure it will pop out from the rocks after its comfy enuff.
