i was also thinking of getting the psp version which would cost about $85

But it would be better to get the US version Dvd( this current one is only in japanese) as the sound quality would be better.

Just saw the movie yesterday. Amazing!!! They are really getting better and better, especially with the ###### expressions.

Tifa and Ariel are both knock outs. So much better than the SD version in the game. Tifa is perhaps the most beautiful CG lady character in FF series so far.

The fighting sequences are also very cool. I really like the Matrix-style slow motion at the critical action sequences.

Storyline-wise is a little weak and won't mean much for those who have not played the game before. But can still be awed by the CGs. Programmers will know the difficulties in getting the water and hair / clothes movements.
