bali star with problem

Hi, I'm a newbie to marine tanks. My bali star started having some white stuff on it (see pic), looks as if it's getting worse. Could anyone identify the problem and suggest a solution, pls. :(

I have a nano tank (2x1x1.5f), 3 fishes, 1 anemone, 2 zoos and 1 mushroom. Have an external filter with strong water outflow.

Appreciate any help / suggestion.
