SRC Member jazzben81 Posted October 16, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted October 16, 2003 nice tank. mayb the overflow box we have to construct ourself? get 2 pieces 10mm glass and silicon together to make the over flow box?
SRC Member killfire Posted October 17, 2003 Author SRC Member Share Posted October 17, 2003 Erm .. No offence .. But i am confuse .. there is 2 hole drills but i dont see any overflow box ? I am not too sure if he will construct the overflow based on your design or you will have to DIY. But it is just a simple matter of gluing glass pieces (using silicon) as what jazzben81 had mentioned, or if the holes are not required, they can be easily sealed with a small piece of glass and some silicon. If you are interested why don't just call him instead of posting here. He won't be able to respond to your queries here as he does not have internet access as mentioned in the intro post. SRC Member yazid Posted October 17, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted October 17, 2003 You could just use a PVC pipe directly. Neater. No need to create glass partition.

SRC Member killfire Posted October 18, 2003 Author SRC Member Share Posted October 18, 2003 Hey Buddy! Your friend is a tank maker is he? Thanks for the lobang! Hi, he is a furniture maker by profession.. .builds cabinets and stuff.. has a workshop of his own. The tank is provided by a tank maker he has contact with. so pricing is quite low... If you want a new tank setup, can call him up for a quote ... so that you have some prices to compare. killfire
