I have a 2 feet tank too and I have 3 x 36W PL for my tank. My tank temp is constant at 26.

IMO, 29 degrees is on the edge of danger for such corals... they will melt away once the temperature spikes. At the least, they will bleach and lose their nice green colours... which is also something you don't want.

Be good to your corals and see if you can give them a constant cool environment of around 25 to 26 degrees by using a chiller.

octopus is easier to bloom compare to hammers, tis is my pt of view. i dun think u need a chiller for that so long the temp does not go beyond 28.

should not be a problem. but dun let the temp go beyond that. if u dun hav a chiller, juz make sure ur fan is constantly running.
