OMG! Look at these hybrids and rare fishes!

Recommended Posts

i see....then i guess LCK is the only one who can bring in. but its not so easy also..need to get a demand for it first -.-

No need to check if there's demand, small and cute fishes like this sure snatch by pple when it's available.I'm sure LCK knows this as well, they just need someone to let them know this fish actually existed so they can see if they can make order with ORA. Actually there are many uncommon fishes that our LFS's can bring in, but the knowledge of the varieties of fishes they know is limited so these fishes are not seen here. Good luck on your find.

xanthic is what?

Xanthic is a unusual colouration morph of yellow or scarlet orange.

Other rare xanthic fishes include xanthic undulated trigger (has been known to slowly revert back to normal colour overtime) and xanthic regal angelfish.

Shown is a xanthic undulate trigger slowly changing back:

dun think so. different colour but same fish should be same behavioural pattern also. if anything, it should be determined by the individual fish instead of the colour. but i have to say, those xanthid fish looks dam scary -_- haha

yes agree, the deepwater form is definitely an attention seeker. Wonder which LFS here can bring in Cook Island stocks, really love to see this kind of helfrichi and the cook island scott's fairy.
