bro paiseh silver fish can be found at sheng shiong or NTUC? I just sneaked out of office to look for it in Cold Storage they don't have... :eyeblur:

Thinking of dropping by Bukit Panjang later to buy if they have. Anyone else care to direct me to the correct supermarket, and if possible correct section/alley in the supermarket to buy them? I dun really frequent supermarkets tt often and I bet the cold storage outside my house doesn't have them too...

Have seen them at Giant/Sheng Siong/NTUC/Carrefour before. Likely at the fresh seafood section or frozen seafood section. But take note, not everytime have one. Sometimes also dun have.

Can, no problem. Or if you want to see my tank with sandbed, probably Friday would be a good time as Victor will be adding in the live sand and more corals on Thursday. I will also be putting in more of my corals over the next few days. Today just put in a green plate coral that is larger than my palm when fully opened... Skeleton is probably ard 4-5 inches minimum :eyebrow:

ML has those very cute little creatures.

Its a must go to place for nano owners.

BTW he now has an ELOS display tank there.

Would really have tempted me if I do not have a tank.

Anyway... more new additions. 3 tiny fellas.

The nice thing is that I manage to "force" the pistol to burrow his home at the front of his tank.

It was very interesting to see him at work. Hope he stays there.

His buddy is nowhere in sight though.

!!! still got any left bo

ML still has about 2 - 3 shrimps.

but no more high fin goby.

there is another yellow goby though - large one.

You can probably get small gobies elsewhere and they are easy to pair up.

No worries.

Not that many lah... just those CUC, 2 tiny fishes and 1 shrimp.

Was tempted to get those mini clown gobies but refrained from doing so because they only eat frozen food.

Yeah its a very nice fish. I did not catch the name too.

He still has 2 smaller ones in his shop.

It sort of "crawl" on the sand bed using his fins.

very cute.

Okay... gonna feed my suns with market prawns before changing the water today.

Umm do I just cut the prawns to small pieces and target feed it or do I need to chop the prawns & mesh it up before feeding?

Either way is fine. I used to feed my suns small pieces of fish which I cut using scissors and then just dump them on the area where the suns are. Later i decided to mesh them and mix them with Henrys, copepods, zooplanton & rotifiers before dumping them on the area where the suns are.

Whichever way you feed, do take note that overfeeding will KILL the suns as they expend quite a bit of energy while feeding.
