impressive set-up by AM...i like the sump area...big and spacious...

i think everyone is wondering where u get the golden gloves...seldom see such a big colony sold in LFS.

Tank was done by Vincent from Aquarium Artist, equipment I collect from various LFS like Aquamarin, ReefDepot, MadPetz, Iwarna, Reef Maniac, Delightings. The Golden Clove Polyp was a combination of a frag from cedric and a piece from a fellow reefer. blushing.gif

Equipment as of current:

10x 48W ATI Powermodul for lights in a 7 blue 3 white ratio as of current

2x 60W Mini Red Dragon 5m3 as return pump

Skimz FR-150 for Rowaphos action, Reef Maniacs FR with internal chamber for BioPellets

Skimz SK-251 elevated off the sump bottom for efficient skimming with 2 bags of activated carbon at the exit

Sanders Ozonizer C100 fed into one of the skimmer pumps and controlled by Milwaukee ORP controller, ORP set at 300

2ft x 1ft refugium with live sand, live rocks, hermit crabs so they wont climb over the glass and get stuck in the return pump >.< chaeto and red grapes algae which is harvested to be fed to my 3 tangs

1hp Titanium Coil for chiller

Bubble Magnus Dosing pump for dosing Calcium, KH and Grotech M Amino acids.

Running 2 x Vortech MP40W for now

I try to reduce the number of valves I use as I realize valves choke and deteriorate over time, so water coming down or up the sump is not restricted in any manner.

Trying to take better pictures, somehow the background look better (pure black with coral infront). Heres some pics that I tried with my Canon 500D.

Bi-color from reefer

My beautiful but bleaching true octo, have moved it to a less lit area since I noticed it started losing color

Gamma correction seems to do quite well to remove the background noise.

Will try to find a macro lens for better individual coral shots. blushing.gif
