jem 61 Posted May 15 Decided to go for an upgrade after playing with my IOS tank as i'm running out of aquatic real estate. Started the initial design on December 2018, went through lots of planning and brainstorm with experienced reefers. Settled on a 3 x 2.5 x 1.8 tank peninsula style. jem 61 Posted May 15 Drawings from tank maker. Chiller will be sitting inside the cabinet and glass door copied from a few reefer's design to house controllers for easy access and aesthetic purpose.

Solo77 117 Posted May 16 Very kind of you to share your work. One of the challenge in tank customisation is to come out with blue print and talk to tank maker. U can be consultant liao. Lol. Will monitor your progress.

jem 61 Posted May 20 Bought the shadow overflow box from a bro Solo77 who was super kind to deliver to me. Made a trip to CRA to check on the final product.
jem 61 Posted May 20 Tank Delivered on 11/5. Almost made a big mistake, the cabinet with a 2.5ft width marginally slip in through my door. Any inch bigger and the cabinet cant enter the house.
jem 61 Posted May 20 Quick view of my sump from the living room side. Opted to go for the Clarisea SK5000 after hearing many great reviews about it. My choice of skimmer will be the NYOS 160 and also added the NYOS Torq.
jem 61 Posted May 20 Ordered the VCA Random flow generator as a return nozzle.
jem 61 Posted May 20 For my lights, will be using Aquatic Life + 2 x Radion XR30. A budding reefer referred his uncle to me who is super friendly, paid a small token for his service.
